GOLTIQ Terms of Service

By creating an account or using GOLTIQ ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Virtual Currency — No Real-Money Value

"Coins" in GOLTIQ are a virtual, in-app currency with no real-world monetary value. Coins cannot be purchased with real money, cashed out, exchanged, transferred for value, or redeemed for any real-world currency or prize. All predictions and "bets" in the App are for entertainment purposes only and do not constitute real-money gambling.

2. Account Registration

You must sign in with a valid Google account to use GOLTIQ. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

3. Usernames and Impersonation

You may not register or use a username that impersonates a real person (including athletes, coaches, journalists, clubs, or national teams) without providing proof of identity through our verification process. GOLTIQ reserves certain names and may reject, rename, or suspend accounts that violate this policy.

4. User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for any articles, analyses, comments, and messages you publish or send within the App. You retain ownership of your content, but grant GOLTIQ a license to display it within the App to other users. You agree not to post content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or infringes on the rights of others.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Impersonating another person or entity without verification.
• Attempting to manipulate coin balances, bets, or rankings through exploits or unauthorized means.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users.
• Using the App for any unlawful purpose.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, including impersonation, abuse, or attempts to exploit the App's virtual economy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

GOLTIQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Match data, AI-generated analysis, and predictions are provided for entertainment purposes and may contain inaccuracies. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any AI-generated content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GOLTIQ and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
